Call Rates
When the subscriber has the roaming service and moving into networks belonging to operators outside Libya, then the bills will be on the made and received calls
 Outgoing calls
When the subscriber makes a call from outside Libya (in the foreign country) it will cost the same tariffs imposed on the network subscriber plus sales tax.
Incoming calls
When the subscriber received
For example: if a friend calls you from Libya and you are outside Libya ex: in Tunisia, you will pay the tariff of the international call between Libya and Tunisia, while your friend will pay the tariff of local call in Libya. |
