The prepaid Tawasul package can be recharged online from the comfort of your home now or simply purchase the prepaid card from your nearest dealer.

International Dialing Service is provided free of charge and is activated immediately after purchasing a SIM card. Subscribers can stay in touch with their friends and family abroad through Almadar Aljadid’s network partnerships in a range of countries across the globe.

Please note that if the card number’s 13 digit number is entered four times incorrectly, the account will be deactivated.

  • Charges for SIM reactivation: LYD 15
  • Charges for SIM replacement in the case of loss or damage: LYD 5

Conditions of use

  • Prepaid cards can only be used once
  • You can charge your account by buying any of the prepaid card categories available
  • You can top up your balance at any time during the validity period. This increases your balance with the prepaid card expiry date set according to the table on right
  • If you enter the 13 digit number incorrectly four times, your account will be deactivated. Please contact our customer service center on 1211 or 1213 for help.
  • Re-activate your card service system for LYD 10
  • Replacement cards available for LYD 5
